STATE THEATRE COMPANY OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA ACT 1972 - SECT 20A
(1) The
employing authority may, with the approval of the Minister, determine that,
for the purposes of the accrual of, or a payment of a lump sum in lieu of the
grant of, long service leave or for the purposes of the accrual of leave on
account of illness, previous service of a person employed under this Act with
an employer other than the employing authority may be regarded, to the extent
approved by the Minister, as service with the employing authority.
(2) The
employing authority may enter into arrangements contemplated by section 5
of the Superannuation Act 1988 .
