STRATA TITLES ACT 1988 - SECT 36K

36K—Confidentiality

An auditor must not divulge information that has come to his or her knowledge in the course of performing functions under this Division except—

            (a)         to the agent; or

            (b)         to the Minister; or

            (c)         as otherwise required by law.

Penalty: Division 5 fine.
