STATE RECORDS ACT 1997 - SECT 6

6—Office and Manager of State Records

        (1)         There is to be an office of State Records .

        (2)         State Records is to consist of—

            (a)         the Manager of State Records who is to be a Public Service employee; and

            (b)         other Public Service employees assigned or appointed to assist the Manager.
