STATE RECORDS ACT 1997 - SECT 33
(1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are contemplated by, or as are necessary or expedient
for the purposes of, this Act.
(2) The regulations
may—
(a)
prescribe fees to be paid in respect of services provided by State Records or
in respect of any matter under this Act and provide for the waiver or refund
of such fees; and
(b)
prescribe a fine not exceeding $2 500 for contravention of, or
non-compliance with, a regulation.
