STATE RECORDS ACT 1997 - SECT 10
The Council has the functions of—
(a)
approving determinations under this Act relating to the disposal of
official records; and
(b)
providing advice to the Minister or the Manager, either on its initiative or
at the request of the Minister or the Manager, with respect to policies
relating to record management or access to official records.
