South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts10—Cancellation of recognition certificates on the ground of fraud
(1) The Supreme Court
may cancel a recognition certificate if it appears that the certificate was
obtained by fraud or other improper means.
(2) The Supreme Court
may, on cancelling a recognition certificate, make any consequential orders
that may be necessary or desirable in the circumstances of the case.
