Any term express or implied in any contract of sale of wool entered into after
the commencement of the Sale of Goods Act Amendment Act 1936 , providing
that in computing the price of the wool any deduction of the kind commonly
known as the draft allowance is to be made from the weight of the wool, shall
be void.
