(1) A police officer
may, in exercising powers under this Part, use a drug detection dog or an
electronic drug detection system.
(2) In this
section—
"drug detection dog" has the same meaning as in the
Controlled Substances Act 1984 ;
"electronic drug detection system" has the same meaning as in the
Controlled Substances Act 1984 .
