SUMMARY OFFENCES ACT 1953 - SECT 52
A person who throws, sets fire to or explodes a firework or explosive material
so as to injure, annoy or frighten, or be likely to injure, annoy or frighten,
persons in any public place is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $2 500 or imprisonment for 6 months.
