South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts7—Constituent members of the court
(1) The court shall be
constituted of the Chief Justice, the puisne judges and the masters appointed,
and for the time being holding office, under this Act.
(2) Subject to any
express provision in this or any other Act, all the judges shall have, in all
respects, equal power, authority and jurisdiction and the masters shall have
power, authority and jurisdiction to the extent authorised by this or any
other Act or by rules of court made under this or any other Act.
(3) The puisne judges
shall be styled "Justices of the Supreme Court of South Australia".
(4) A Master is, while
holding that office, also a District Court Judge.
