South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts41—Power to revive orders on abatement of cause
When any judgment or order for the payment of any costs or money has been made
in any cause or matter, and the suit afterwards becomes abated, it shall be
lawful for the court or a judge, upon the application of any person interested
under the judgment or order, to make an order reviving the cause or matter,
and permitting the applicant to prosecute and enforce the judgment or order,
upon such terms (if any) as the court or judge thinks fit.
