South Australian Consolidated Acts26—Common law and statutory rights and duties
Subject to the provisions of this Act for giving effect to equitable rights
and other matters of equity, the court shall recognise and give effect to all

obligations, and liabilities, existing by the common law, or by any custom, or
created by any statute, in the same manner as those matters would formerly
have been recognised and given effect to by the court in any branch of its
jurisdiction.
