14—Certain common interests do not disqualify
A judge, master or judicial registrar of the court is not incapable of acting
in judicial office in any proceeding by reason of being 1 of several
ratepayers or taxpayers or 1 of any other class of persons liable in common
with others to contribute to or be benefited by a rate or tax which may be
increased, diminished or in any way affected by that proceeding.
