SUPREME COURT ACT 1935 - SECT 13A
13A—Retirement of judges and masters
(1) A judge or master
shall retire on reaching the age of seventy years.
(2) Section 74 of the
Constitution Act 1934 shall be read subject to this section.
(3) A judge or master
who retires or resigns may nevertheless complete the hearing and determination
of proceedings part-heard by him before his retirement or resignation and, in
relation to any such proceedings, shall be deemed to continue as a judge or
master (as the case may require).
