South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts13—Salaries of Judges, and officers to be in lieu of fees
The salaries of the judges, and of the officers of the court, shall be in lieu
of all fees or other emoluments whatsoever, it being the intent of this Act
that the judges and the officers of the court shall derive no emolument from
any fees payable under the authority of this Act, but that such fees shall be
paid to the Treasurer in aid of the general revenue of the State.
