SUPREME COURT ACT 1935 - SECT 110
Subject to this Act, the business to be performed in the court, or in the
chambers of any judge, other than that performed by the judges, shall be
distributed among the officers of the court, in such manner as is directed by
rules of court, or, in any cases not provided for by rules of court, as the
court or any judge thereof may direct, and such officers shall perform such
duties in relation to such business as is directed by this Act or by rules of
court, or by such court or any judge thereof; and, subject to this Act and
such rules of court, all such officers respectively shall continue to perform
the same duties as nearly as may be in the same manner as if this Act had not
passed.
