If the Commissioner makes an application under this Part in relation to an
organisation, the Attorney-General must publish a notice in the Gazette and in
a newspaper circulating throughout the State—
(a)
specifying that an application has been made for a declaration under this Part
in respect of the organisation; and
(b)
inviting members of the public to make submissions to the Attorney-General in
relation to the application within 28 days of the date of publication of the
notice.
