South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If the period for
which a public safety order (as made or varied) will operate is more than
7 days, a person bound by the public safety order may lodge a notice of
objection with the Court—
(a)
before the end of the period for which the order, or the order as so varied,
operates; or
(b)
within 14 days of the date on which the order, or the order as so varied,
became binding on the person,
whichever occurs first.
(2) The grounds of the
objection must be stated fully and in detail in the notice of objection.
(3) A copy of the
notice of objection must be served by the objector on the Commissioner by
registered post at least 2 days before the day appointed for hearing of the
notice.
