SOUTH AUSTRALIAN MULTICULTURAL AND ETHNIC AFFAIRS COMMISSION ACT 1980 - SECT 19

19—Funds of the Commission

        (1)         All moneys received by the Commission must be paid into an ADI account established under this section.

        (2)         The Commission may establish such ADI accounts as it thinks fit.

        (3)         An ADI account established under this section must be operated by cheque signed and countersigned by such persons as the Commission may appoint for that purpose.
