SOUTH AUSTRALIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2013 - SECT 30
(1) The President of
the Tribunal may delegate a function or power of the President under this or
any other Act—
(a) to
another member of the Tribunal; or
(b) to a
member of the staff of the Tribunal; or
(c) to
the person (being either a member of the Tribunal or a member of the staff of
the Tribunal) for the time being performing particular duties or holding or
acting in a particular position.
(2) A delegation under
subsection (1)—
(a) must
be made by instrument in writing; and
(b) may
be conditional; and
(c) does
not derogate from the ability of the President to act in any matter; and
(d) is
revocable at will by the President.
