law to attend premises
If a security officer believes on reasonable grounds that a person is required
by law to attend the premises of a participating body, nothing done by the
officer in relation to the person in the exercise or purported exercise of
powers under this Part is rendered unlawful by reason of the fact that the
person is not required by law to attend those premises.
