RETURN TO WORK ACT 2014 - SECT 136
In this Division—
"class" of industry includes a subclass;
"remuneration" includes payments made to or for the benefit of a worker which
by the determination of the Corporation constitute remuneration but does not
include payments determined by the Corporation not to constitute remuneration.
