(1) The Minister may,
if satisfied that contravention of, or non-compliance with, a condition of a
licence granted by the Minister has occurred, suspend or cancel the licence.
(2) A licensee must be
given a reasonable opportunity to make submissions in relation to the matter
before action is taken under subsection (1).
