RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1995 - SECT 76
76—Harsh or unconscionable terms
(1) The Tribunal may,
on application by a tenant, make an order rescinding or varying a term of a
residential tenancy agreement if satisfied that the term is harsh or
unconscionable.
(2) On making an order
under subsection (1), the Tribunal may make consequential changes to the
residential tenancy agreement or another related document.
