South Australian Consolidated Acts47—Procedural rules
(1) The Governor may,
by regulation—
(a)
prescribe matters relevant to the practice and procedures of the Tribunal; and
(b)
provide for the service of any process, notice or other document relevant to
proceedings before the Tribunal (including circumstances where substituted
service in accordance with the regulations or an order of the Tribunal will
constitute due service); and
(c) deal
with other matters necessary for the effective and efficient operation of the
Tribunal.
(2) The Presiding
Member of the Tribunal may make Rules of the Tribunal relevant to the practice
and procedure of the Tribunal, or to assist in the effective and efficient
operation of the Tribunal, insofar as those matters are not dealt with by the
regulations.
(3) The Rules take
effect as from the date of publication in the Gazette or a later date
specified in the rules.
