South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may,
by regulation, prescribe and provide for the payment of fees in relation to
proceedings in the Tribunal.
(2) The registrar may
remit or reduce a fee if the party by whom the fee is payable is suffering
financial hardship, or for any other proper reason.
