South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Tribunal may
punish a contempt as follows:
(a) it
may impose a fine not exceeding $2 000; or
(b) it
may commit to prison until the contempt is purged subject to a limit (not
exceeding six months) to be fixed by the Tribunal at the time of making the
order for commitment.
(2) The powers
conferred by this section may only be exercised by a member of the Tribunal
who is legally qualified.
