South Australian Consolidated Acts44—Contempt of the Tribunal
A person who—
(a)
interrupts the proceedings of the Tribunal or misbehaves before the Tribunal;
or
(b)
insults the Tribunal or an officer of the Tribunal acting in the exercise of
official functions; or
(c)
refuses, in the face of the Tribunal, to obey a lawful direction of the
Tribunal,
is guilty of a contempt of the Tribunal.
