South Australian Consolidated Acts43—Entry and inspection of property
(1) The Tribunal may
enter land or a building and carry out an inspection the Tribunal considers
relevant to a proceeding before the Tribunal.
(2) The Tribunal may
authorise a person to enter land or a building and carry out an inspection the
Tribunal considers relevant to a proceeding before the Tribunal.
(3) A person who
obstructs the Tribunal, or a person authorised by the Tribunal, in exercising
a power of entry or inspection under this section commits a contempt of the
Tribunal.
