South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If an order has
been made by the Tribunal and the Tribunal or the District Court is satisfied
that an appeal against the order has been commenced, or is intended, it may
suspend the operation of the order until the determination of the appeal.
(2) If the Tribunal
suspends the operation of an order, the Tribunal may terminate the suspension,
and if the District Court has done so, the District Court may terminate the
suspension.
