South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An order of the
Tribunal may be registered in the appropriate court and enforced as an order
of that court.
(2) A person who
contravenes an order of the Tribunal (other than an order for the payment of
money) is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(3) In this
section—
"appropriate court" means—
(a) if
the order of the Tribunal is for a monetary amount above the jurisdictional
limit of the Magistrates Court for a monetary claim founded on
contract—the District Court;
(b) in
any other case—the Magistrates Court.
