South Australian Consolidated Acts35—Special powers to make orders and give relief
(1) The Tribunal may
make an order in the nature of an injunction (including an interim injunction)
or an order for specific performance.
(2) However, a member
of the Tribunal who is not legally qualified cannot make an order under
subsection (1) without the approval of the Presiding Member of the
Tribunal.
(3) Although a
particular form of relief is sought by a party to proceedings before the
Tribunal, the Tribunal may grant any other form of relief that it considers
more appropriate to the circumstances of the case.
(4) The Tribunal may
make interlocutory orders on matters within its jurisdiction.
(5) The Tribunal may,
on matters within its jurisdiction, make binding declarations of right whether
or not any consequential relief is or could be claimed.
(6) The Tribunal may,
in the exercise of its jurisdiction, make ancillary or incidental orders.
