South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts33—General powers of the Tribunal to cure irregularities
(1) The Tribunal may,
if satisfied that it would be just and equitable to do so, excuse a failure to
comply with a provision of this Act on terms and conditions the Tribunal
considers appropriate.
(2) The Tribunal may
amend proceedings if satisfied that the amendment will contribute to the
expeditious and just resolution of the questions in issue between the parties.
