South Australian Consolidated Acts25—Application to Tribunal
(1) An application
under this Act to the Tribunal must—
(a) be
made in writing; and
(b)
contain the prescribed particulars.
(2) Before the
Tribunal proceeds to hear an application it must—
(a) give
the applicant notice in writing setting out the time and place at which it
will hear the application; and
(b) give
to any other party—
(i)
notice in writing setting out the time and place at which
it will hear the application; and
(ii)
notice of the nature of the application as it thinks fit.
