South Australian Consolidated Acts17—Magistrates may exercise jurisdiction in certain cases
(1) A magistrate may
exercise the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.
(2) The regulations
may prescribe a scheme for the listing of matters before magistrates.
(3) A regulation
cannot be made for the purposes of subsection (2) except after the
Minister has consulted with the Presiding Member of the Tribunal and the Chief
Magistrate.
(4) A magistrate
exercising the jurisdiction of the Tribunal is taken to be a member of the
Tribunal.
