South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts16—Registrar may exercise jurisdiction in certain cases
The registrar or a deputy registrar may—
(a)
exercise the jurisdiction of the Tribunal if specifically authorised to do so
by or under this Act; and
(b)
subject to direction by the Presiding Member of the Tribunal—exercise
the jurisdiction of the Tribunal in respect of classes of matters, or in
circumstances, specified by the regulations.
