ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1961 - SECT 79C
79C—Interference with photographic detection devices
A person who, without proper authority or reasonable excuse, interferes with a
photographic detection device or its proper functioning is guilty of an
offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000 or imprisonment for 1 year.
