ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1961 - SECT 40U
For the purposes of this Subdivision, premises are, or any part of premises
is, taken not to be used for residential purposes merely because temporary or
casual sleeping or other accommodation is provided there for drivers of
vehicles.
