person to operate radiation apparatus
If the registered owner of radiation apparatus causes, suffers or permits the
apparatus to be operated by a person who is required to hold but does not hold
a licence under section 31 to operate the apparatus, the registered owner
is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
