South Australian Consolidated Acts21—Immunity from personal liability
(1) No personal
liability attaches to a member of the Committee or a sub-committee of the
Committee, or an authorised officer, for an act or omission by him or her, or
a body of which he or she is a member, in good faith and in the exercise or
discharge, or purported exercise or discharge, of powers, duties or functions
under this Act.
(2) A liability that
would, but for subsection (1), lie against a person lies against the
Crown.
