An authorised officer must not, without the consent of the Minister—
(a) have
a proprietary or pecuniary interest in a business, or a corporation or trust
that has an interest in a business, that engages in an activity regulated by
this Act; or
(b) act
as agent for a person who has a proprietary or pecuniary interest in a matter
connected with such a business.
