South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
appoint an officer of the public service of the State to be an authorised
officer for the purposes of this Act.
(3) The Minister must
provide each authorised officer with a certificate of identification.
(4) An authorised
officer must, on demand by any person in relation to whom the officer is
exercising or proposing to exercise powers under this Act, produce the
officer's certificate of identification for the inspection of that person.
