In such case, or in case a summons by the Registrar-General or a Judge cannot
be served upon such person as hereinbefore directed, the Court may direct the
Registrar-General to cancel or correct any certificate or other instrument, or
any entry or memorial in the Register Book relating to such land, and to
substitute and issue such certificate or other instrument, or make such entry
as the circumstances of the case may require, and the Registrar-General shall
give effect to such order.
