REAL PROPERTY ACT 1886 - SECT 52

52—Endorsement of record of registration

Upon registering an instrument the Registrar-General must endorse the date of registration on the instrument and the endorsement must be accepted in legal proceedings as conclusive evidence of the date of registration.
