South Australian Consolidated Acts35—Notice of application to be published
The Registrar-General shall cause notice to be published in such manner as
aforesaid, or in such other manner as may be prescribed by any order of the
Court, that application has been made for bringing the land therein referred
to under the provisions of this Act, and shall also cause a copy of such
notice to be posted in a conspicuous place in his office, and in such other
places as he may deem necessary, and shall forward, by registered or certified
post, a copy of such notice addressed to each of the persons, if any, stated
in the application to be in occupation of the land, or to be occupiers or
proprietors of land contiguous thereto, so far as his knowledge of the
addresses of such persons shall enable him, and to such other persons as he
may think fit, and in case the applicant shall have required any notice to be
personally served upon any person named in his application, then and in such
case the Registrar-General shall cause a copy of such notice to be so served
upon such person.
