South Australian Consolidated Acts21—Seal of office to be received in evidence
The Registrar-General shall have and use a seal of office bearing the
impression of the Royal Arms of England, and having inscribed in the margin
thereof the words "Registrar-General South Australia"; and every instrument
bearing the imprint of such seal, and purporting to be issued by the
Registrar-General, or by one of his deputies or by a delegate referred to in
section 18A of this Act or by the Acting Registrar-General, shall be
received in evidence, and shall be deemed to be issued by or under the
direction of the Registrar-General, or Acting Registrar-General, without
further proof, unless the contrary be shown.
