REAL PROPERTY ACT 1886 - SECT 15

15—Acting Deputy Registrar-General

        (1)         The Governor may appoint any person who is an officer within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1967 to be an Acting Deputy Registrar-General.

        (2)         An Acting Deputy Registrar-General shall have all the powers, authorities, duties and obligations of a Deputy Registrar-General.
