executed
Nothing herein contained shall lessen, or, except as expressly hereinbefore
provided, alter the effect of any deed-poll heretofore or hereafter executed,
and no transferee from a registered proprietor under a transfer subsequent in
date to such deed-poll shall be entitled to any estate or interest in the
lands mentioned in such deed-poll, nor to any priority over the promoters
executing the same.
