ROADS (OPENING AND CLOSING) ACT 1991 - SECT 34F
The Planning Minister may recover, as a debt from the proponent with respect
to a development that includes a proposal to open or close a road pursuant to
this Part, reasonable costs incurred by the Crown in dealing with the proposal
under this Part.
