39—Remuneration and expenses of Public Trustee
(1) Expenditure
incurred by the Public Trustee as manager of property under this Part and all
commission, fees, costs and expenses incurred by or payable to the Public
Trustee as manager of property under this Part are a charge on the property
that will come next in priority to any mortgage or charge to which the
property was subject when the Public Trustee became manager.
(2) The amount for the
time being so charged on the property bears interest at a rate fixed from time
to time by the Public Trustee.
